Hilary Duff decided to part ways with her label, Hollywood Records. Hollywood Records had been pushing Hilary to release a new record before year's end. Hilary Duff is releasing a greatest hits album (her second!) in September to end her recording contract with Hollywood Records, reportedly due to creative differences and lack of promotion.
