“What can I say about a show that was nowhere near as good as the first season (excluding the Daniel Radcliffe & Orlando Bloom eps), but I still consider to be one of the best of the year?”
"He has been helping create a killer crocodile in Greg McLean's (Wolf Creek) new feature Rogue and working on December Boys, starring Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter)."
"Today's hottest A-List talents - among them Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Jodie Foster, Daniel Radcliffe, Tobey Maguire, Will Smith, Daniel Craig and Jake Gyllenhaal - headline Warner Bros.' slate of exhilarating movies for 2007."
'It was the chemistry between them,' observed Mr Pugh, one of the producers of Equus, which will begin performances at the Gielgud Theatre on February 16, with a first night on February 27.
Mr Pugh joked: 'She was the one Daniel fancied the most, and that swung it for us.'
"Actor Daniel Radcliffe from the Harry Potter movies rated one of the loudest cheers from the crowd."
"Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe stole the show on the red carpet of the Australian Film Industry Awards (AFI) tonight, receiving an almighty cheer as he arrived to present an award.
"The actor, who earlier this year shot scenes for the Australian film December Boys around the country, was besieged by teenage female fans who demanded photos and autographs from the happy-to-oblige actor."
"A string of high-profile productions has been planned for next year to take on the likes of The Sound Of Music, Spamalot and Dirty Dancing.
Leading the charge is Kenneth Branagh's revival of Peter Shaffer's 1973 play Equus, featuring Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe."
"The 17-year-old will play the role of a disturbed delinquent who attacks horses and will have to strip on stage at the Gielgud Theatre. With advance takings of £750,000, the play is set to be a smash hit when it opens in February. Richard Griffiths costars."
"We just came here for a holiday a few years ago and fell in love with the place"This is what he said about the movie:
"It does feel like a big deal and I am nervous about how it's going to be received, and I'm nervous about what people are going to say, but that's what happens," he said.
"I think people will like it and the one thing they genuinely can't say is that I'm playing Harry, 'cos it's very different."
"I like playing with my PlayStation and I'm very fond of Harry Potter novels. I like Daniel Radcliffe the actor, who plays Harry Porter in the films. He's my idol, you see.
"If someone asked me whether I would prefer to see President Bush or Daniel Radcliffe, I would certainly opt for the latter. "
"...dear God, thousands of planets must have aligned perfectly last night…in the restaurant (I’ll omit the name in case there are prying eyes out there) we ended up sitting a table away from Daniel Radcliffe. If you know Tara, at this point you know why this is big news. If you don’t, Daniel Radcliffe plays Harry Potter in the movie series. Now if you know Tara at ALL you definitely know why this is big news. We didn’t want to invade his privacy, but since I knew no one would believe this (it seems so PHENOMENALLY unlikely), I took one picture in his general direction as proof. I’ll crop out all other detail so it can’t possibly turn into some kind of tabloid deal. What an amazing trip..."And this is Tara’s account:
"Now, admittedly, while this was a huge surprise it was not beyond my imagination. I had heard that Dan was filming the Australian film December Boys on Kangaroo Island, and in some far reach of my mind had thought it would be fun to come across the set. I didn’t go so far as to think I would come across the entire cast and crew and where they were staying. It didn’t take long for Matt (always the observant one, despite the fact that he didn’t recognize Daniel effing Radcliffe) to realize that every single person in the restaurant, other then the two of us, was a part of the movie.
Now despite the fact that I am a total Harry Potter fangirl, I would not go so far as to disturb some poor stranger during his dinner. So no, no introductions or begging for autographs or pictures. I was reluctant to even have the camera, though I admit I appreciate Matt’s daring with the discrete picture-taking.
To sum up, the quote of the day:
Tara (sitting down to dinner near Daniel Radcliffe): 'And now my vacation is complete.'
Matt: 'No, no, not complete. Now it’s magical.'"
There is also a rumor that a clip from Dan's upcoming movie December Boys will be shown to introduce Daniel."Daniel Radcliffe, one of the world's most recognised teen actors, is best known for his role as Harry Potter, and also stars in the forthcoming Australian feature film, December Boys."
"As I have now finished on HP5 and am about to take a break, I wanted you to have a copy of my new fan mail photo which will be sent out with a new newsletter from the beginning of next year.
"It has been a very exciting year for me. I had a great time making 'Order of the Phoenix' and working again with Gary OIdman, and for the first time Imelda Staunton, was simply fantastic. David Yates was an inspired director who I would walk on hot coals to work with again.
"As many of you know I am going on stage next year, to appear in Equus and the letters of support I have received since the announcment, from many fans have been very exciting to read. Thank you for your words of encouragement.
"Later next year I will film MY BOY JACK and again am completely thrilled to be working on this fantastic and very moving script. It is going to be a very full year and I will relish every moment.
"As I embark on projects outside the Potter franchise (DECEMBER BOYS, EXTRAS, EQUUS and MY BOY JACK) I would like to thank my loyal fans for continuing on this journey with me and following my career with interest."
"Because I mean in the real world, you do the job, and one of the skills you have to learn is if anybody around you is weak, which Daniel Radcliffe is not, then you have to make them look better because that will help you. And that's something I'm used to doing - helping other people get on, on stage. But not with Danny Radcliffe. He's going to be fine."
"Harry is waking up to the fact that life is very hard and people can be very nasty to each other and can do terrible things...There's this ongoing theme which runs through the whole series, and that's a loss of innocence."
When ask about the kiss, he said:
"It was reported that we did huge amounts of takes, but actually you do that number of takes on any scene," says Radcliffe, whose next, even more grown-up role will be on the London stage in Equus in February. "Once you've covered it from all the camera angles, you've done about 30 takes. But because it's the kiss, it was sort of made out that I had requested to do well over 30 takes."

"That's a very good question. ... I like to think that I will. ... I think, personally, ... that's the only way [author J.K. Rowling] could ever halt any call for her to keep writing [Potter books], because, I mean, if Harry survives, she'll just be getting plagued by requests to write an eighth book for the rest of her life."To read the entire article click on Sci Fi.
"As one fan puts it: 'The distance suites me well.' Those who see past his 'gorgeous' blue eyes also cite his 'sweetness', 'maturity' and 'respectfulness' as reasons to love their 'angel without wings'."
"Girls talk of Daniel Radcliffe looking “so cute” as Harry Potter and curse Voldemort in most of their conversations. While boys do find Ema Watson pretty and smart..."
"I have been wanting to do a production of Equus for eight years and the problem has always been finding the right boy.
"When Daniel performed for us at the workshop we couldn't take our eyes off him."
"I am not going to start playing the game where I say you can't come because you are 11 or you can't come because you are 14."
There are also a few articles about the play Equus and Daniel:
London Theatre Guide, Playbill, Theater Mania, This is London, Metro, Broadway World, and many more....
