The Herald Sun has an interview with Daniel about December Boys, this article also contains 2 new wonderful pictures taken in Australia.
Sunday night's premiere at the Rivoli saw several children plucked from behind the barriers to avoid being crushed.
"It was kind of mad, much bigger than anybody, particularly security, expected, to the point where there were cinema staff doing a valiant job of actually going out there and holding the barriers," Radcliffe said yesterday.
"That's the thing you always have to be aware of when you're signing and things --
it can get really dangerous but I wasn't aware of it last night."
"In my head I suppose I'd always had an idea maybe I wanted to do an indie movie, but if an amazing script for a blockbuster had come along obviously I would have been a fool to say no," Radcliffe said.

Are you agnostic?
DR: I'm sort of along those lines I think yeah definitely. I'm sort of confused I suppose. The person who has been my tutor for about seven years has been amazing for me. She's Catholic so it was really, really good to talk to her. She grew up in Malta and so it was a very Catholic upbringing. IT was really good to talk to her about Catholicism and about how it can, if your faith is shaken or oyu do something that feels natural, it might contradict what your faith says you do. She was just telling me about how Maps would feel about what he's doing based on his background, which was very helpful.
Was that really you mooning the camera in December Boys or was it a double?
DR: That's me, that's the genuine Radcliffe ass.

Radcliffe: (Sitting down on the couch, tugging at his stiff, dark jeans): These are the only pants I have left because I haven't been able to wash stuff so frequently 'cause we've been going from hotel to hotel, and prices on washing underwear, it's like extortion — it's, like, four dollars a pair of underwear.
AP: Really? You could buy some new ones for less.
Radcliffe: You probably could, actually, but then they weigh the case down. And so I'm wearing the only pants I have left as I do this interview.
AP: So you do your own laundry then?
Radcliffe: Yes — well, I put it in the basket and it just suddenly comes back clean. My chores mainly revolve around keeping my room at an acceptable level of cleanliness and tidiness and just general standards of hygiene.
AP: You can see floor.
Radcliffe: Chunks of floor — it's sort of a patchwork floor that I have amid posters and magazines.
