Remember what I told you? Forget it.

We tell our children:

"Don't talk to strangers!"

"If a stranger offers you candy, what should you do?  NOO!!  You run and scream and find Mommy!"

A stranger is never allowed to touch you!"

And then we do this to them:

Is it just me or is this a really weird tradition?
